By downloading or using ChibiNeko Galaxy Slide, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. App Description
The App is a slide puzzle game. You slide tiles to complete an illustration within a time limit. Difficulty levels include 3×3, 4×4, and 5×5 grids.
3. Pricing & Purchases
- Basic play is free (with ads)
- Pro (one-time purchase): removes banner ads, grants tickets, and other benefits
- Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies
4. Tickets
- One ticket per day on login (valid for 7 days)
- Tickets can extend time by +1 minute when time runs out (alternative to watching an ad)
- Tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
- Expired tickets are automatically removed
5. Advertising
The free version shows banner ads. When time runs out, you may watch a rewarded ad to extend play. We are not responsible for ad content.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal or unethical use
- Reverse engineering, modification, or unauthorized copying
- Fraudulent acquisition of tickets or Pro benefits
- Infringement of third-party rights
7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or continued availability. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
8. Refunds
Refunds for Pro purchases follow Apple App Store policies. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
9. Changes & Termination
We may change or discontinue the App, ticket rules, or advertising without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the operator is located.
